Stay updated to rayi512x's blog via RSS

Since the last blog post, I have added two major things to this website. One is the randomized blinkie at the bottom of every page (credits to blinkies.cafe for the blinkies!), the other would be the orange RSS button you might see when you visit /blog/.
RSS is a relic from the mid-2000s internet. It allows users to receive updates from their chosen news sites, blogs, etc in one place.
It sounds like such a good idea, why don't we hear it more often nowadays?
Websites now use other, more intrusive technologies to deliver updates to their users, like push notifications and e-mail newsletters. However, some people still use RSS, and a lot of websites do implement it, but the main reason why websites implement it is not for the users, but for search engines like Google to retrieve articles from that website to be shown to Google users.
When I first heard of RSS, I thought it was such a good idea, I had to implement it on my website when I have one. Well, I do now, so let's use RSS again! (maybe for the first time for a lot of us)
Get yourself an RSS client and put https://rayi512x.com/blog/feed/
in it! Personally, I use Mozilla Thunderbird on my laptop as both RSS and e-mail client, and Feeder on my phone.
Finally, let me apologize here because my RSS implementation is subpar, it only delivers a list of posts and you cannot read directly from your RSS client (you will have to visit the provided link in your web browser).
Thank you!
